We worked through Liz and her company and you can obviously see why Rick is her first choice for a mortgage broker. Even throughout the search phase FCM (Rick) was very helpful and quick to get us the right approval at the best rate possible. Not only that, he broke the advantages and disadvantages to each. We went from FHA to conventional and it was a breeze. The pre-approval, underwriting and closing processes were very smooth and even hit our target close date which was only 3 weeks from our offer being accepted. Excellent communication and very smooth process.
