I feel like everything went better, smoother and quicker than I anticipated! I was apprehensive at first, to try for a pre-approval, due to my employment status of being a commissioned employee, with less than two years of experience, but when talking with Ben, he assured me that it was a possibility to get the loan. As we began the process, Ben was upfront and honest with me about what would need to happen to secure the loan, and he walked me through the whole process along the way. Communication was good, and Ben was always ready and willing to answer any questions I had. I would definitely use First Centennial Mortgage in the future!
