Pedro was fantastic to work with. Not only did he return phone calls quickly, but he was very polite and patient with all our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable, and when we were not completely understanding of a couple things he further explained and did not make us feel incompetent. And the program used to see my application status and to upload any other information needed to finalize my home loan was nice. I loved the personalized videos I received by email letting me know what stage I was at in the process. Seeing your name in the videos made the process that much more exciting! Everyone that I communicated with on the team was extremely helpful and they were able to explain things I didn’t understand or had questions about. Overall, everyone and everything was amazing. Very seamless process from beginning to end.

I had to switch mortgage companies last minute after being fully approved due to complete lack of communication. That was extremely stressful. After switching, everything I needed was provided including in depth conversations about the process etc. I never once had to wait more than an hour or two to have my questions answered. I felt safe in a situation that is very overwhelming at times and personal while dealing with so much money transfer. Everyone was straight forward with costs and fees. I would hands down recommend to anyone.
