Fixed Rate

15-year fixed rate

This method can free borrowers from certain fees and processing costs. VA

The HFAs sell tax-exempt mortgage revenue bonds to investors with the proceeds from the sale of these bonds used to make below-market rate loans to eligible homebuyers.
